I am absolutely thrilled to be part of such a remarkable group of people, employees, parents, volunteers, and our Board of Directors, who are all working together to promote the programs and services at High Point Village! Over the summer, our team will be working on some changes to our Reach High and After School program curriculums, finalizing plans to break ground on our new build- ing, as well as developing and implementing more programs!
HPV ENRICHMENT CENTER
We plan to break ground on our Enrichment Center by Mid-October 2015. Further details will follow the confirmation of our ground-breaking date!
“I CAN” Annual Dinner
On behalf of our “I CAN” fundraising event co-chairs, Jana Scheef and Cathy Morton, I am pleased to announce that Chet McDoniel will serve as our keynote speaker on Friday, October 25, 2013, at Overton Hotel and Conference Center. This year’s event will perfectly dovetail HPV’s Mission, and spotlight everyone’s “I CAN” abiliies. Chet has overcome many of his own physical obstacles and remains motivated and positive about his life, while helping others to recognize their own ability to overcome insurmountable odds! For more infor- mation about Chet, please visit his website at www.chetmcdoniel.com. For more information about this year’s event, please contact me at 698-0015. Sponsorships and tables are available now!
