High Point Village announces Doug Spearman as Executive Director.
LUBBOCK, TEXAS – The High Point Village Board of Directors announced today that Doug Spearman is assuming the role of Executive Director of the organization. Doug has been serving the organization since September 2017 as Assistant Executive Director and assumes his new role from Becky Critz who is retiring.
The Board thanks Becky for her exemplary service to High Point Village. She has been instrumental in the growth of the organization over the past seven years.
“I am excited to have the opportunity to lead High Point Village as we strive to expand the scope and reach of our services for individuals with intellectual disabilities,” Doug Spearman said.
“Doug’s background in residential treatment environments uniquely qualifies him to move High Point Village forward in its goal to become a residential center,” said Brad Pettiet, President of the Board of Directors.
